Remote Senior Data Engineer

Description:

• Join Dreamix as a Senior Data Engineer focused on modernizing a large-scale data platform.
• Work on migrating existing Data Lake and Data Warehouse to a modern architecture with real-time data ingestion and streaming.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering with large-scale data platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with data ingestion, pipelines, and distributed data processing.
• Solid experience with real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of Data Lake and Data Warehouse architectures.
• Experience with Apache Flink or similar stream-processing technologies.
• Familiarity with Apache Iceberg or modern data lakehouse technologies.
• Knowledge of data modeling, quality, performance optimization, and scalable architectures.
• Experience in cloud and/or distributed environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to architectural decisions.
