Remote Senior Data Engineer (employee or freelance)

Description:

• Join Qover, a leading insurtech scale-up, as a Senior Data Engineer to build the orchestration engine for embedded insurance.
• Own complex data financial reporting, maintain engineering standards, and ensure scalable data architecture.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SQL and complex Data Modeling.
• Proven expertise in dbt and production Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms and serverless data warehouses (BigQuery preferred).
• Strong engineering practices with Git, Bash, Docker, CI/CD, and testing.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
• Pragmatic mindset and ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments.
