• Responsibilities include designing, building, and scaling data pipelines and infrastructure using ClickHouse, BigQuery, Python, and dbt, tackling large-scale data challenges, collaborating with various teams, ensuring data quality and reliability, mentoring junior engineers, and utilizing AI tools to enhance development.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a proven track record of building and scaling high-performance data systems in production.
• Deep expertise in SQL and Python is required, along with hands-on experience using dbt, ClickHouse, and BigQuery.
• A strong understanding of streaming data architectures and experience with large-scale data volumes is essential.
• Candidates should be comfortable working full-stack with data, from ingestion and transformation to storage, modeling, and serving.
• Experience using AI-powered tools in development and a curiosity to explore their capabilities is necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with confidence in working within a remote-first, asynchronous team.
• Experience leading and managing projects in smaller teams is preferred.
• A pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset is essential, valuing fast feedback loops, clean architecture, and scalable design.
• Experience or a strong interest in blockchain data structures, crypto, and Web3 technologies is desired.
