Remote Senior Data Engineer

• Seeking a Senior Data Engineer for a client in the aviation industry to tackle digital, operational, analytical & data science challenges.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL, or Data Warehouse environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience with traditional DWH and legacy data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, Teradata, SQL, PL/SQL, and stored procedures.
• Development experience with IBM DataStage or similar ETL platforms (Informatica, Ab Initio).
• Experience in at least one end-to-end data migration or legacy modernization project.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and AWS S3.
• Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills.
