Description:
- Join Polymarket, the largest prediction market platform, to scale the data platform supporting growth.
- Drive end-to-end workloads in a small, high-ownership team, focusing on design, architecture, and delivery of the data layer.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of data engineering experience on production systems.
- Expertise in OLTP/OLAP architectures and columnar warehouses (ClickHouse preferred).
- Experience with data lakes (Parquet, Iceberg) and streaming pipelines (Kafka).
- Strong data modeling skills and PostgreSQL experience at scale.
- SQL fluency and understanding of distributed systems.
- (Plus) Experience with EVM indexing, Rust, and domain knowledge in DeFi or prediction markets.
