Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a related role, focusing on designing and developing data pipelines is required.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL are necessary; experience with Scala and Rust is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes is essential.
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency with data integration and orchestration platforms like Fivetran, Azure Data Factory, and Apache Airflow is required.
  • Candidates must have deep experience with at least one cloud data warehouse, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
  • Experience with streaming solutions like Spark Streaming, Kafka, or Flink is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong experience with at least one cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, is required.
  • Familiarity with MLOps techniques and platforms is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in mentoring and advising other engineers is necessary.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Benefits:

  • The compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $155,000 annually.
