Senior Data Engineers will act as interpersonal force multipliers, enhancing the organization's ability to manage and leverage client data.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a related role, focusing on designing and developing data pipelines is required.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL are necessary; experience with Scala and Rust is a plus.
Deep knowledge of data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes is essential.
Intermediate to expert proficiency with data integration and orchestration platforms like Fivetran, Azure Data Factory, and Apache Airflow is required.
Candidates must have deep experience with at least one cloud data warehouse, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
Experience with streaming solutions like Spark Streaming, Kafka, or Flink is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong experience with at least one cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, is required.
Familiarity with MLOps techniques and platforms is a plus but not required.
Experience in mentoring and advising other engineers is necessary.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Benefits:
The compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $155,000 annually.
