The Senior Data Engineering & Analytics Lead will drive data strategy, build scalable data infrastructure, and deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include leading the design and deployment of data engineering solutions, applying advanced analytical methods, developing dashboards and visual analytics, translating insights into reports, performing project data analysis, maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in designing and delivering complex data engineering solutions.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel (including Power Query), SAS, and SAP is required.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools for data visualization and analytics is necessary.
A strong analytical foundation with the ability to solve complex problems and translate them into business value is essential.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, advanced proficiency in SQL, knowledge of utility business operations, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.

The position offers remote work flexibility with periodic in-person team meetings in Pomona, CA.
