Description:
- Customer.io is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to enhance decision-making using customer and product data.
- The role involves analyzing behavior, building models, and providing actionable insights to Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Data Science role, preferably in B2B SaaS or similar environments.
- Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and behavioral analytics, with proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and familiarity with dbt is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
