Description:

  • Transform complex data into actionable insights and scalable machine learning solutions.
  • Own data science and BI projects end-to-end, from problem definition to model deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Business, Operations, and Product areas.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
  • Strong Python skills with experience in libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with large datasets, SQL, and data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Familiarity with MLOps and modern development practices (Git, Docker, CI/CD).
  • Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
