Remote Senior Data Scientist

Description:

• Flagler Health is developing a clinical operating system for musculoskeletal care, partnering with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics.
• The Senior Data Scientist will focus on product and operational analytics to assess business performance and inform decision-making.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably in a product-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in retention analysis, cohort analysis, and funnel measurement.
• Proficient in SQL and fluent in Python or R for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
