Description:

  • Join NiCE as a Senior Data Science Researcher in the Workforce Management group, focusing on machine learning, GenAI, and operations research.
  • Develop advanced solutions for contact centers, including forecasting work volume and scheduling agent shifts in a high-stakes environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an applied researcher or research engineer.
  • Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience in PyTorch and ML-Ops, particularly on AWS.
  • Experience with mathematical optimization and designing agentic AI flows.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in agile environments.
  • Preferred: MSc in Computer Science or related field, familiarity with HuggingFace, Docker, and LLM-specific tasks.
