Remote Senior Data Scientist - Salla Platforms Metrics & Analytics

Description:

• Own the metrics and analytics layer of a growing e-commerce platform.
• Drive merchant understanding and growth through accurate, unified data reports and models.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience building or governing metrics layers/semantic models (e.g., dbt, LookML).
• Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with warehouse-level data (BigQuery, Clickhouse, Redshift).
• Experience designing customer-facing analytics products (dashboards, reports, APIs).
• Strong instinct for naming, documentation, and standards.
• Excellent communication skills to align teams around a single source of truth.
