• The Senior Data Scientist will work in a highly collaborative and cross-functional setting to empower data-driven decision-making at the company level.
• The successful candidate should possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate results clearly and concisely.
• This role involves collaborating with various cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, design and interpret experiments, and develop impactful solutions that drive impact against product and company goals.
• The position is based in SoHo, New York City, with the option to be partially or fully remote.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Economics) with 5+ years of relevant Data Science experience, or a Master’s/PhD in a quantitative field with at least 3+ years of relevant Data Science experience is required.
• A proven track record of leading high-impact data science projects in ambiguous problem spaces is essential.
• Hands-on experience using advanced modeling techniques to solve real-world business challenges is necessary.
• Familiarity with blockchain data and analytics tools is required.
• Professional experience or personal project experience in crypto is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and Python is mandatory.
• Previous experience using data modeling and pipeline tools like dbt and Dataflow is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights to team members in other domains are essential.
• The ability to prioritize effectively in a highly dynamic start-up environment with limited guidance is necessary.

Benefits:

• The minimum full-time salary for this position is $195,000-$217,000, with additional compensation elements including equity, tokens, and benefits, depending on the position type.
