Description:

Conduct a paid research study focused on understanding expert designers' approaches to complex design problems.
Participate as either a design expert being interviewed or as an interviewer conducting sessions with other design professionals.

Requirements:

Senior-level professional design experience in areas such as Product Design, UX/UI Design, Brand Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, or Service Design.
Strong perspective on design quality, critique, and shipping standards.
Ability to articulate design rationale and decision-making processes clearly.
Professional portfolio demonstrating design experience, preferably with a publicly accessible link.
Willingness to participate in structured, recorded remote research sessions.

Compensation of $250 per hour for approximately 4–5 hours per task or interview.
Fully remote participation in the research study.
