Description:

Join Dropzone AI as a Senior DevOps Engineer to enhance and evolve the infrastructure powering our AI platform.
Collaborate with engineering and security teams to design scalable, resilient, and secure systems from CI/CD to runtime environments.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
Proficiency in observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and distributed tracing.
Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Software development skills in Python for production-level code.
Understanding of distributed systems, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi preferred) and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Familiarity with modern security best practices and securing distributed environments.
Ability to differentiate between production-grade services and temporary solutions.
Startup mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Base salary range of $170,000 - $185,000 USD, with equity grants for long-term value creation.
