Remote Senior DevOps Engineer

Description:

• Own a domain of the Invisible platform, including architecture, roadmap, reliability, security, and cost.
• Lead design discussions on performance, scalability, cost, security, and reliability, documenting decisions.
• Build multi-tenant infrastructure for client self-service.
• Advance agent-native engineering model and set standards for coding agents.
• Mentor engineers and own on-call and post-incident review practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with production Kubernetes on GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Deep experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps delivery.
• Strong grounding in platform security, identity, SSO, and secrets management.
• Proficient in Python for building tooling.
• Exceptional command of agentic coding tools and experience enhancing engineer effectiveness.
• First-principles understanding of platform practices and engineering judgement.
• Excellent written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of shipping infrastructure relied upon by other engineers.
