Prelim builds digital account-opening infrastructure for community banks and credit unions, experiencing over 100% ARR growth for four consecutive years.
As the first dedicated DevOps hire, you will own infrastructure end to end, ensuring fast and safe deployment processes.

Requirements:

5+ years in DevOps/SRE/platform engineering roles; experience as an early or solo infra hire preferred.
Deep fluency with AWS and infrastructure-as-code in production.
Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines that are well-received by engineers.
Strong opinions on observability, with experience in defining SLOs and running incident processes.
Comfortable in regulated environments (SOC 2, ISO 27001) or eager to learn.
Default to automation and documentation in processes.
Pragmatic understanding of the needs of a growing company.
