TENEX is an AI-native, automation-first Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider focused on enhancing cybersecurity posture.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
You will collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and secure.
Responsibilities include designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, developing infrastructure as code (IaC), managing cloud environments, implementing monitoring solutions, and enforcing DevSecOps best practices.
You will troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues and ensure compliance with security and governance policies.

Requirements:

You must have 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure is required.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions is necessary.
Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes is essential.
A solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and Linux systems is required.
Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet is needed.
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages are mandatory.
You should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional DevOps Engineer, or CKA are a plus.
