Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab, supporting development teams in deploying services across OpenShift environments, monitoring system performance using Grafana and Prometheus, developing and maintaining automation scripts, managing secrets and credentials through Vault, and collaborating with developers to optimize microservices communication.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in system operations on Linux environments.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD and Azure DevOps, as well as version control systems, is required.
Strong containerization skills with Docker and Kubernetes, especially AKS, are necessary.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or Bicep is essential.
Advanced scripting knowledge in Python and Bash for automation is required.
Familiarity with service mesh technologies and Azureβs analytics/AI stack is expected.
Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
It is a plus to have experience with Java (Spring Boot, JUnit, TDD) to better align with developer workflows.
