Description:

  • Zingtree is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Reliability Engineer to manage the platform for their agentic CX product.
  • The role involves building CI/CD, infrastructure, and observability systems to support enterprise-level deployments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with AWS.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) and operating EKS environments.
  • Proficiency in Terraform, AWS networking, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Experience with Cloudflare, Kafka, Lambda, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workloads is a plus.
