Remote Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer

Description:

• Join an elite rapid-response engineering group to solve complex technical challenges for the VA.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure in Azure and AWS environments.
• Own observability and monitoring using tools like Datadog or Dynatrace.
• Reduce MTTR through incident management and automated remediation.
• Provision and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Write automation scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve platform stability and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog or Dynatrace.
• Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with the VA ecosystem is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote Agile environment.

• Bachelor’s degree.
