Description:
- Lead strategic and operational management of clinical data technology ecosystem, including eCOA/ePRO platforms, eDiary solutions, Medidata Rave (EDC), and Elluminate.
- Oversee system governance, architecture, configuration, integration, and lifecycle management while managing internal Data Management team and CROs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health information, computer science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in clinical data management/systems within pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environments, with 5+ years in people management.
- Strong knowledge of clinical data management processes and system validation (CSV/CSA), 21 CFR Part 11, ICH-GCP.
Benefits:
- Salary range: $260,000 - $290,000 USD, based on experience and market location.
