Description:

  • Aera Technology is a leader in Decision Intelligence Platforms, helping brands automate and scale decision-making with AI.
  • The Senior Engagement Principal is responsible for deploying Aera solutions, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to sales cycles.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in managing post-sales enterprise software implementation projects.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and deep understanding of supply chain best practices.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), cloud/SaaS, and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to travel globally and experience in the pharmaceutical or CPG vertical is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred.
