Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.

Proven experience in scaling distributed or storage systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and data integrity is necessary.

Performance engineering expertise, including CPU/memory profiling, GC tuning, latency analysis, and capacity planning, is needed.
