The role involves designing and building libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications, enhancing development efficiency, and improving code quality.
Responsibilities include defining and implementing architecture standards and best practices, as well as optimizing web applications to maximize speed and scale.
Requirements:
There is no academic degree requirement; the evaluation is based solely on technical depth.
Candidates must be masters of JavaScript and NodeJS, with at least 4 years of experience in designing and implementing JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
A deep understanding of the underlying mechanisms of popular UI rendering frameworks, such as React or Vue, is required.
Candidates should have a deep understanding of web performance optimization and error monitoring.
Mastery and a proven track record in areas such as developing toolkits to improve frontend development efficiency and quality, with a deep understanding of esbuild, Webpack, Parcel, Vite, etc., are essential.
Mastery in writing and optimizing compilers and runtime for DSL, server-side NodeJS framework development, and server-side rendering is required.
Proficiency in Micro Frontend Management, mono-repo tools, and experience with CICD pipelines is necessary.
Strong hands-on coding capabilities are a must.
