• A strong understanding of the full web stack, including experience with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and database concepts (Postgres, SQL), is necessary.
• Proficiency with CSS/styling frameworks and a keen eye for UI/UX detail are essential.
• Experience in building and deploying production-grade web applications using containerized workflows (Docker) is required.
• Strong engineering rigor, including testing and CI/CD practices, is a must.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to lead front-end initiatives from concept to production.
• Nice-to-have skills include experience with state management libraries, familiarity with LLMs, exposure to back-end development with Python or Node.js, knowledge of data visualization libraries, and an interest in building developer tools.
