Join Synthesia as a Senior Software Engineer on the Design System team, co-owning the shared UI foundation for all products.
Focus on creating an AI-friendly design system that facilitates effortless UI production for both humans and AI.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, with 3 years at a senior level, specifically in frontend platforms and design systems.
Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and strong React skills; familiarity with modern build tooling.
Strong command of component API design and developer experience for shared libraries.
Experience or interest in making component libraries consumable by AI.
Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance.
Ability to build accessible components meeting WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
Strong communication skills and a passion for enhancing developer productivity and user experience.

Competitive salary starting at EUR/GBP/CHF 120,000 base + stock options.
