Description:

Lead the design, development, and optimization of frontend systems for deploying LLM-based algorithms and services.
Manage projects through their complete lifecycle, from architecture to deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
Collaborate with other engineering teams to deliver scalable platform solutions.
Develop high-quality, maintainable code using a modern tech stack.
Grow as an engineer while working on impactful generative AI projects.

Requirements:

5-10+ years of experience in backend or frontend engineering, with relational databases or other database technologies.
Proven experience in building high-quality software and shipping production-ready code.
Strong communication skills to convey technical ideas in an understandable manner.
Quick learner with a desire to work cross-functionally and with diverse teams.
Experience in owning projects from start to finish and mentoring teammates.
Demonstrated engineering excellence and experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
