Description:

  • Helium Health is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with expertise in Vue.js and React to develop high-quality web applications for the healthcare sector in Africa.
  • The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to create scalable, accessible, and intuitive products for healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in software development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js and additional experience with React.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web standards.
  • Experience with frontend state management, REST APIs, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with modern styling approaches and frontend build tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack).
  • Ability to write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Strong experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of web accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
