Description:

Cacheflow is seeking a Senior Frontend/Full Stack Engineer to join their founding team.
The role involves working closely with the CEO and CTO to architect and build core parts of the platform.
The engineer will have a significant impact on the technology, architecture, product, culture, and company.
The technology stack includes AWS, Java, React, and TypeScript.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of work experience building scalable, distributed backend systems.
Experience with React and NodeJS is required.
Proficiency in TypeScript is necessary.
Experience with Java is a plus.
Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
Experience working for an early-stage startup is preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience is required.
Solid coding practices, including writing technical specifications, peer code review, and testing (e.g., unit, integration, end-to-end), are essential.
Experience with Agile development methodologies is required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
Candidates should demonstrate self-awareness, a positive “get it done” attitude, and empathy.
Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation concepts is required.
A passion for building great products and innovating in the fintech space is essential.
