  • As a (Senior) Full Stack Backend Engineer (all genders), you will be responsible for secure, scalable feature development, owning the backend, shaping architecture, and mentoring the team.
  • You will lead end-to-end feature development from concept to deployment, focusing on security and scalability.
  • You will drive architectural decisions to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and long-term system sustainability.
  • You will work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions support business objectives.
  • You will support junior developers through mentorship, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • You will implement automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines to maintain high code quality.
  • You will contribute to planning by evaluating technical feasibility, estimating timelines, and identifying resource needs.
  • You will stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve product and process efficiency.
  • You will promote a positive team atmosphere with humor and optimism, helping maintain morale and collaboration during high-pressure periods.

Requirements:

  • You must have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • You should have extensive experience with Symfony, including deep knowledge of Doctrine ORM and key Symfony components (e.g., Security, Event Dispatchers).
  • You need an advanced understanding and practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
  • You should be aware of security best practices for frontend and backend development, particularly when handling sensitive healthcare data.
  • You must be proficient in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.
  • You should have a solid understanding of React.js, with the ability to improve frontend as needed.
  • You need strong experience with MySQL, including design, optimization, and management.
  • You should have experience with Docker for managing development environments.
  • You must be familiar with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automating build, test, and deployment processes.
  • You should possess strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
