As a (Senior) Full Stack Backend Engineer (all genders), you will be responsible for secure, scalable feature development, owning the backend, shaping architecture, and mentoring the team.
You will lead end-to-end feature development from concept to deployment, focusing on security and scalability.
You will drive architectural decisions to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and long-term system sustainability.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions support business objectives.
You will support junior developers through mentorship, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
You will implement automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines to maintain high code quality.
You will contribute to planning by evaluating technical feasibility, estimating timelines, and identifying resource needs.
You will stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve product and process efficiency.
You will promote a positive team atmosphere with humor and optimism, helping maintain morale and collaboration during high-pressure periods.
Requirements:
You must have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
You should have extensive experience with Symfony, including deep knowledge of Doctrine ORM and key Symfony components (e.g., Security, Event Dispatchers).
You need an advanced understanding and practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
You should be aware of security best practices for frontend and backend development, particularly when handling sensitive healthcare data.
You must be proficient in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.
You should have a solid understanding of React.js, with the ability to improve frontend as needed.
You need strong experience with MySQL, including design, optimization, and management.
You should have experience with Docker for managing development environments.
You must be familiar with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automating build, test, and deployment processes.
You should possess strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
