Remote Senior Full Stack Developer

Description:

• The Senior Full Stack Developer will plan, lead, and actively contribute to the development of web and mobile applications in an agile environment.
• This role requires taking ownership of understanding the whole system and teaching this knowledge to others.
• The developer will work alongside other senior team members to contribute to the strategy and architectural decisions that support the growth of services offered to members and clients.
• Providing technical support and mentoring to junior team members is a key responsibility.
• The developer will also find ways to improve system robustness, resilience, and stability.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience in full stack JavaScript .NET stack development utilizing either Node.JS or .NET Core and Web API.
• Commercial experience working with web applications in a containerized environment, particularly with Docker, is required.
• Candidates should have commercial experience working with content management (CMS) systems.
• Demonstratable experience architecting web-based solutions and introducing new technologies and tooling into existing systems and processes is necessary.
• Experience designing and developing applications utilizing databases such as Postgres, MongoDB, and MSSQL is required.
• Candidates must have experience with front-end web development technologies such as ReactJS, VueJS, AngularJS, and MVC.
• Experience supporting and mentoring junior developers with technical queries and best practices is essential.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Candidates should be self-motivated and delivery-focused.
• A good understanding of the Agile process is necessary.
