Description:

  • Founding engineer and technical lead for AI-assisted learning and enablement tools.
  • Hands-on leadership role responsible for architecture, development, infrastructure, and mentoring.
  • Remote position open to qualified applicants based in Romania.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in async Python and modern web frameworks.
  • Proficient in PostgreSQL data modeling and optimization.
  • Knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES modules), web security, and API design.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Linux, and Bash.
  • Familiarity with integrating LLM APIs and handling structured outputs.
  • Strong learning mindset and collaborative approach.
