Description:
- Founding engineer and technical lead for AI-assisted learning and enablement tools.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in async Python and modern web frameworks.
- Proficient in PostgreSQL data modeling and optimization.
- Knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES modules), web security, and API design.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Linux, and Bash.
- Familiarity with integrating LLM APIs and handling structured outputs.
- Strong learning mindset and collaborative approach.
