Description:

  • Rebuild the insurance industry using modern platforms and AI agents.
  • Drive product development by owning outcomes and shipping prototypes quickly.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in building production systems with a track record of shipping complex software.
  • Real AI experience with at least one substantive AI-driven feature shipped.
  • Strong fundamentals in OO, design patterns, testing, web security, and performance.
  • Comfortable with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs to stakeholders.
