Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in both backend and frontend software development.
  • Mastery of JavaScript and TypeScript with React, Node, and Next.js is required; experience with Rust or Go is a strong plus.
  • A strong eye for design and user experience is preferred.
  • Expert-level web3 dApp development experience across EVM and/or Solana ecosystems is necessary, along with deep blockchain fundamentals knowledge.
  • Proficiency with ecosystem-specific libraries such as Web3.js/Ethers for EVM chains and/or Anchor framework/@solana/web3.js for Solana is required.
  • Hands-on experience with development tools for EVM and/or Solana ecosystems, including Hardhat, Foundry, and OpenZeppelin for EVM; Anchor and Metaplex for Solana is essential.
  • Proven consulting/contracting experience with strong client management and communication skills is necessary.
  • Deep expertise with major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) for deploying and scaling dApps is required.
  • Experience architecting solutions that bridge web2 and web3 systems across different blockchain architectures is necessary.
  • Understanding of key differences between EVM and Solana, including gas vs. rent models and transaction finality, is required.
  • Candidates should be self-sufficient professionals who thrive with autonomy while managing client expectations and project timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
