Requirements:

  • A proven track record with 8+ years of relevant full-time work experience, ideally in a fast-paced 0-to-1 environment, is necessary.
  • An active interest and experience in using AI, LLMs, and automation of tasks through AI is essential.
  • Experience in building design systems using component architecture is required.
  • Advanced technical and analytical skills to diagnose, isolate, and resolve problems are necessary.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment are important.
  • Candidates should be able to work independently and collaboratively to iteratively solve problems in real-time.
