  • Excellent CSS/SCSS skills are necessary, with the ability to create accurate, responsive designs.
  • A proven track record with 8+ years of relevant full-time work experience is required, ideally within a fast-paced 0-to-1 environment.
  • The candidate should have an active interest and experience in using AI, LLMs, and automation of tasks through AI.
  • Experience in building design systems using component architecture is essential.
  • Advanced technical and analytical skills to diagnose, isolate, and resolve problems are required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment are necessary.
  • The candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively to iteratively solve problems in real-time.
