Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• The position is for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to work on a web-based platform.
• The engineer will integrate AI and LLM use cases, utilizing best practices in AI to enhance the product and support candidates in their campaigns.
• The role involves identifying and maintaining pixel-perfect, site-wide design standards to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.
• The engineer will collaborate with a lean, agile team, working directly with product, design, and QA teams.
• The position reports directly to the CTO, contributing to strategic decisions and the overall direction of the technology stack.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate is a passionate engineer ready to tackle the audacious challenge of re-coding democracy for Good.
• Strong JavaScript skills are required, with experience in React.js and knowledge of API best practices.
• Excellent CSS/SCSS skills are necessary, with the ability to create accurate, responsive designs.
• A proven track record with 8+ years of relevant full-time work experience is required, ideally within a fast-paced 0-to-1 environment.
• The candidate should have an active interest and experience in using AI, LLMs, and automation of tasks through AI.
• Experience in building design systems using component architecture is essential.
• Advanced technical and analytical skills to diagnose, isolate, and resolve problems are required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment are necessary.
• The candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively to iteratively solve problems in real-time.
