Description:

The New Jersey Innovation Authority (NJIA) seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to develop innovative digital services for public interest challenges in New Jersey.
The role involves delivering public-facing digital products, applying human-centered design, and leading technical projects in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, preferably in civic technology.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript, React, CSS, HTML, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, and full software development lifecycle.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user needs and commitment to accessibility and inclusiveness.

Benefits:

Annual salary of $143,907, commensurate with experience.
