• The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining new features for the SAAS platform, translating insurance business requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Responsibilities include working on both front-end and back-end applications, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams, and optimizing application performance for high user traffic.
• The engineer will participate in code reviews, enforce best coding practices, write and execute tests, and ensure security and compliance.
• The position also requires staying updated with the latest technologies and providing mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 6 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, particularly with complex SAAS applications.
• A strong technical background is required, including proficiency in JavaScript, Vue, .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential for building scalable applications.
• Candidates should have practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and testing libraries for unit, integration, and function testing.
• Proficiency in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles is necessary for creating maintainable architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of web security best practices and compliance with industry regulations is required.
• Experience in performance optimization for high-traffic web applications is essential.
• Candidates should be familiar with container technologies like Docker and have a good understanding of cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams is necessary.
