A strong grasp of TDD, OOP, SOLID principles, and secure development practices is essential.
Experience with compliance frameworks like GDPR and HIPAA is required.
Familiarity with Nest.js is considered a strong advantage.
Proven ability to lead technical decisions and mentor team members is necessary.
An agile mindset along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills is required.
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required for cross-regional collaboration.
