  • The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-performance full-stack applications with a focus on speed, security, and reliability.
  • The role involves collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful features across internal tools and customer-facing platforms.
  • The engineer will leverage AI technologies to enhance user experience and streamline workflows.
  • Responsibilities include optimizing backend infrastructure and APIs for scalability and efficiency, participating in product planning, conducting code reviews, and identifying system bottlenecks to implement sustainable solutions.
  • The tech stack includes TypeScript, React.js, Next.js for front-end, Node.js and tRPC for back-end, and various AI/ML and infrastructure technologies.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience designing, building, and scaling both backend services and frontend applications is required.
  • A strong understanding of PostgreSQL and performance optimization is necessary; familiarity with Spanner is a plus.
  • Practical experience using Gemini or OpenAI APIs, with hands-on implementation and prompt engineering for specific use cases, is essential.
  • Candidates should be skilled in managing complex projects and writing clean, maintainable, production-ready code.
  • Comfort operating autonomously and taking ownership of end-to-end feature delivery is expected.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English are required.
  • Bonus points for experience in EdTech or working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • The position is for an Independent Contractor (Global), and contractors are responsible for their own taxes and benefits in compliance with local regulations.
