Description:

Seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for Workforce Management product stream to build enterprise-scale solutions for contact centers.
Responsibilities include designing workforce planning capabilities, developing microservices, and creating responsive applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript.

Requirements:

8+ years of full-stack software development experience with production applications ownership.
Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, and frontend technologies like React or Angular.
Familiarity with Node.js, AWS services, and experience designing REST APIs and microservices.
