Description:

• Responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing core operating systems for the tutor marketplace and service delivery infrastructure.
• Focus on developing the tutor supply engine and operational reliability layer to drive revenue activation, tutor utilization, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience with modern frontend development using React, TypeScript, and Vite.
• Experience building scalable backend APIs using NestJS.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM.
• Experience with AWS services including S3, SES, and cloud-based deployments.
• Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen), 8GB RAM or higher, and minimum 25 Mbps internet speed.
