MariaDB is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join their dynamic and small team.
The role involves the development, maintenance, and deployment of web applications, focusing on both backend and frontend technologies.
The candidate will manage and prioritize their own work, gather requirements, and take initiative in a collaborative environment to build and maintain both internal and customer-facing tools.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using Django and Python, implementing responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS/LESS, and HTMX, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
The developer will ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, manage and prioritize work independently, gather requirements from stakeholders, and propose solutions for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer is required.
In-depth knowledge of Django and Python is essential.
Proficiency in relational databases, with a preference for MariaDB, is necessary.
Expertise in frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS/LESS, and HTMX is required.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git, is needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
