Join Clair as a Senior Software Engineer on the Core Products team, focusing on transforming how people access their pay.
Take ownership of the feature lifecycle, measure business outcomes, and design systems with data pipelines and analytics in mind.

Requirements:

Deep experience in building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade applications in cloud-native environments.
Experience with AI-assisted workflows for rapid code generation and a strong understanding of event-driven architectures.
Proficiency in fullstack development, particularly with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL; familiarity with Laravel and AWS is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally for company onsites and project planning.
