Remote Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Authoring Experience

Description:

• Lead and mentor engineers, delivering high-value products and scalable infrastructure.
• Own architecture and rollout strategy for critical platform services, ensuring security and reliability.
• Design and maintain customer-facing APIs, collaborating with data-platform teams.
• Drive architectural decisions through written design documentation and mentorship.
• Build with TypeScript, Node.js, and React, utilizing AI tools for development.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of backend development experience with scalable systems.
• Experience designing and shipping public product APIs.
• Strong understanding of service boundaries and system design.
• Familiarity with modern frontend codebases, particularly React.
• Proven track record of driving complex initiatives to completion.
• Experience with safe rollout or deprecation of major systems.
• Strong written communication and mentorship skills.
• Openness to using AI to enhance work efficiency.
• Must reside and work exclusively from the U.S. with work authorization.
