Description:
- Work on the FCI Enterprise Cloud platform utilizing Lenovo hardware and VMware products.
- Maintain and improve IT services and infrastructure to meet KPIs, including troubleshooting, patching, and migrations.
Requirements:
- Experience in ICT System Engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of virtualization platforms, Windows, Linux, networking, and storage.
- Strong analytical, training, mentoring, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
