Requirements:

• Candidates should have 5+ years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills are required, with bonus points for knowledge of lower-level languages.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as infrastructure as code using Terraform, is required.
• Candidates should have experience building or supporting ML/AI infrastructure in production.
• Familiarity with high-performance data tools like DuckDB, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake is essential.
• Experience with GPU orchestration and large-scale model training is required, along with familiarity with ML platforms and frameworks like SageMaker, Vertex AI, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Candidates should have experience mentoring junior engineers, interns, or researchers and breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks.
• Experience participating in technical hiring processes and evaluating candidates is also required.
