• The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative monetization solutions that respect user experience.
• The engineer will build a bridge between advertisers and users, ensuring monetization feels native and non-intrusive.
• Performance and stability of monetization features must be optimized for seamless integration with the core BeReal experience.
• The engineer will analyze user behavior, A/B test results, and business metrics to iterate on monetization strategies.
• A high-quality, authentic user experience must be ensured through thoughtful technical solutions.
• The role includes contributing to best practices in code quality, design, and development processes, as well as continuously innovating the iOS tech stack.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have strong iOS programming skills with at least 5 years of experience.
• Solid knowledge in Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit is required.
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture principles and separation of concerns is necessary.
• Experience in building monetization features, ads products, or consumer-facing products is a strong plus.
• The ability to understand and debug large, complex codebases is essential.
• A product mindset with a passion for clean interfaces, smooth animations, and interactions is important.
• Candidates should have an interest in analytics and a data-first mindset to measure impact and iterate.
• A strong understanding of user experience and the ability to balance business goals with product quality is required.
• Candidates must be highly driven, autonomous, and results-oriented.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is a plus.
