Requirements:

A strong backend engineering background in Kotlin or Java, with a willingness to learn Kotlin.
Familiarity with Micronaut or similar frameworks such as Spring Boot is required.
Experience working in Identity teams, focusing on authentication, authorization, and SSO/OAuth.
A proven track record of leading complex engineering projects is essential.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
